Demo Reel - Critique requested

Hey all, this is my Demo Reel currently for 2019.
Thought I should show it off to get some feedback for it. What works well, what needs improving, replacing, etc.
It's a bit of a mix of game and cinematic pieces, all hand keyed.
I really need to make two separate ones but I find it difficult to make pieces for the reel and not just because I like an idea.
Anyway, feel free to be as brutally honest as you like. Thanks for taking a look.
