Is this a random sculpt or from a concept? There is a lot that could be improved here. The hands would be one of the first things to focus on. You could even just sculpt the hands separate and get feedback and then import and smooth them back into the model. The wrist and fore-arm don't seem to change thickness for different muscles, including the bicep as well. The shoulder to the elbow is super short and looks like the bicep is a weird lump, instead of a big muscle.
Some of the proportion oddities could be caused by things like perspective foreshortening or focal length distortion. Would you mind posting some shots of your werewolf from different angles?
The face of your creature looks more like a bat atm. The teeth are not really canine and hairless animals seem to be a specialized taste. Above is just one example of the terrible dog. The bite and snout are pretty good.
