I'm brand new to Quixel. Was trying to start with a simple box, just to figure out the workflow, but I'm running into an issue I haven't been able to solve. Been banging my head against the wall for hours trying to figure out whats causing this.
I set up my mesh and base map in the base creator. My base map is simple and has hard edges.
When I hit create there are two different things I'm encountering.
First I get this popup, that is hidden behind everything else. Not sure what I should select, or if there is a way to get rid of this. But setup stalls until I select either flatten or Keep Layers. Neither option fixes the issue I'm encountering below.
When the Creator finishes, my base map is messed up:
Notice the top corner of the red is missing. Also, looking at the masks for the various layers, you can see the edges are cut off. Any idea how to prevent the masking from being altered like this and keep the hard edges I originally set up?
PS, Im using Photoshop CS4, and 3DS Max 2015 on Windows 10.
Thanks.

It turns out that my solid colors weren't completely sold, which is why i had multiple layers for each color, each with a partial mask. I guess I'm unsure how to do a render to texture in 3DS Max that will give me a solid color result. Any advice?
Also, I upgraded to the most recent version of creative suite which got rid of the notification window. So just need to learn how to render to texture properly now.
