Edge constraint command maya mel

Hi guys I have on doubt I used echo all command and got this command for edge constraint 

 

manipMoveSetXformConstraint edge;

 

It was working fine but when I restarted maya Its not working?

 

// Error: Cannot find procedure "manipMoveSetXformConstraint". (Getting this error)
