It is really good, but what are those black dots on the fabrics around his head? Other than that nothing really to comment on if this is just colors with a curvature slapped on. Looking forward to seeing it textured.
I love the attention to detail! the various tones in the bones gives off a very realistic weight to model. i think the sword could have a bit of a sway to it, I'd imagine at some point this skeletal figure had flesh and eventually discomposed. If that were the case the belt and sword would probably be more imbalanced around the pelvis. as it looks right now It seems like It was carefully placed there which I assume isn't the look you are trying to achieve.
Maybe a bit of a story could add to the sword like a bone finger stuck around the hilt or handle. Great work so far It's looking better!
Thanks Amasahir! Not really sure what you meant by adding a bit of sway but i will definitely try mess with the positioning of the belt and sword and look at more references of old leather and swords! Thanks for the feedback!

Reduced the polycount on the hood and optimized some parts of the topology
