I'm a maya user and just start learning max,I've got some problem can't figure it out.
1. When I finish modeling I apply reset xform to Freeze Transforms but it doesn't work ,the Transform xyz still remain the same before I apply reset xform, but it do work on rotate xyz
2. The "send to maya" doesn't work,I've tried 4 of option no matter which one click,it send nothing to maya.I use 2019 for max and maya, and the weird thing is I could send to max from maya, after that I can use send to maya from max...,now if I wanna use "send to maya" I have to use "send to max" first in maya.
I've searched bunch of solution still can't solve these problems.

If you also want the position to be zero you have to set the pivot to zero (via edit pivot) But that might not be what you want.
Thanks so much for the help logging this issue, and making sure others were aware of it. I have tested this on my end, and I can confirm that the "send to" feature doesn't seem to send anything currently.
The pure fbx workflow is very similar to the "send to" workflow, so this workaround should be used until the development team can look into resolving it.
You can get it to work by manually by messing around and eventually the link is established, but really it is a pain, broken, and something I never touch.

These steps are commonly scripted to speed them up. You can find many free scripts here:

There is nothing more about it. It just tells you where the model is located. If the model is not positioned correctly after export then you might have to move the whole model to (0,0,0)
Maybe you should post some pictures - might be easier for us to figure out what you really want to do
(poor maya people... (just kidding))
it's probably also worth mentioning that in max you don't need to freeze transforms every third click because it handles everything for you
