EDIT: Critique + Advice welcomed
About a year ago I made this thread for this project. With current events, I have time to finally return to it with a better plan. Below are the images from last August when I made the rough concept and started to block out.

I scrapped a majority of what I had and started over this past month. I still wanted to do a greenhouse/conservatory but I wanted to focus on a modular set and trim sheets without overwhelming my self on an over scoped project. This has been my process so far (below).

Currently working on fixing the base trim sheet I have and making everything I have so far look cohesive!
A world beyond the windows now exists! The trims sheet still needs to be refined but I won't need to touch the UV's as much now. After polishing the trim sheet I am going to make some dirt masks/decals so everything doesn't look so new.
I suggest using a second uv and bake out some object space textures like AO and use that as a mask for dirt and grime. I think its easier than placing decals by hand, but to each his own.
I never knew you could have different UV sets so that was a cool thing to learn! (thanks teodar23 for the tip!) I now have a more finalized texture pass when it comes to props + the frame. There are a few fixes that need to be done but nothing big. After this, I am moving onto texturing the items that wouldn't work on the trim sheet, and either more foliage work or the hero prop.
I went through and did another pass on lighting and fixed some of the distortion going on with the glass. A lot of the texture colors were super off due to lighting so that got corrected also.
I am now working on the patio set that is going to sit in the back of the greenhouse - the unreal chair can't stay there forever. I also will need to make a side table for the chairs.
Thanks! I will take another look at the floor
I finally got the hanging baskets filled with some fuchsias! I need to do another pass on the atlas sheet for it, but its good for a 1st pass and getting everything blocked out. I plan to have 2 or 3 colors for the flowers and probably one more variety for how the plant hangs.
Besides this, I have been working on the low-poly for the chair and test bakes for it.
I did another pass on my flower baskets and remembered to fix the vertex normals. I also finished the mosaic tile top for the side table for the patio set.
I'm currently working on my final lighting pass and other polish - should wrap up this week ( i hope )
