I'm working on a new project for my portfolio and would like to document the process and also ask for your critiques. This project will be a Game Character and my goal here is to practise hardsurface, baking correctly and also learn rigging/skinning.

First day i blocked out the overall silhouette of the character and added sketchy details just to see hows looking.
And thats basically how i started the project, from several spheres
So i started on the foot and here's the result of the the "clean highpoly" since in the end of the highpoly i might do a damaged phase in the whole model.
