[Full Time] Senior Producer / Game Designer
We are looking for a talented Senior Producer / Game Designer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas and make this vision a reality by creating an immersive universe for training.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Translate the vision of the creative director and design our playable events
- Write scenarios that are challenging and fit into the scope of training
- Work with Art Lead to establish the artistic and creative vision for the project
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Animation Lead to understand technical and gameplay requirements.
- Assist the team with scope, timeline management, and milestones during each sprint
- Define a strategy plan to deliver quality content
- Organize and maintain the Project Schedule
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Game Design experience
- Strong sense of level design, scale, pacing and gameplay
- Strong narrative and dialog writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Virtual Reality games
- Understand current Virtual reality pipelines
- An expert in using Jira, Perforce or similar project management tools
- Experience writing pitch documents, and visual presentations to show concepts and ideas
- Human factors experience related to the design of performance-based learning tools
Preferred:
-Previous military, law enforcement, first responder, or other service member experience
