"Mine Alley" Stylized Scene

Hi guys! I'm 3D artist student and this it's the latest scene I made, any kind of feedback is appreciated.

You might want to vary the color of the stones a bit, it all feels to uniform atm. For the ground texture doesn't really look like anything (is it sand? stone?), and the white walls which I assume are plaster just seem completely blank atm. The wood needs more texture too especially at the ends where the planks would have been cut.
