Best 4K Mirorless Camera for texture hunting and video?

I am looking for a 4K Mirror-less Camera that can help me make some good textures for video game development and that can also be good for making videos on Youtube. Anyone have good recommendations?  I've been looking at the Panasonic Lumix G85 currently. Is that a good one or do you guys know a better one? For pricing, I can go 1000$ or less.

For video, the G85 is one of the best cameras on the market in this price range. The G9 is another absolutely phenomenal video machine, but stretches your budget a bit. Panasonic does video exceptionally well, and in the field of mirrorless and DSLR cameras, they tend to do video-centric features better than any other company. So if video is your main focus, it's a great choice. It's worth noting that when talking about high-end video features, we're talking about cameras that could be used for professional film production, so if you just want to take some casual videos, pretty much any modern camera will suffice.

One thing to note is the G85 is a Micro Four Thirds system camera. This is the system I personally use (Olympus cameras). It has a smaller sensor than other systems which use APS-C and full frame (35mm) size sensors. This means the lenses are generally smaller, lighter, and sometimes cheaper, so it's great for travel. It also means that dynamic range and high ISO noise are not as good as other formats. So if you're going to be shooting a lot of high contrast scenes (bad for texture reference anyway) or extreme lowlight, going with a camera with a bigger sensor would be a good idea. Again, with something like texture references, you will want to stick to the lowest ISO possible to have low noise and good color accuracy, at low ISOs pretty much any modern interchangeable lens camera will produce very good results.

Sony just dropped the price on the A7 II, the price with kit lens is about $1000 now. This is a really, really good full-frame mirrorless camera, especially the price. It does 4K video, but I don't know if the video specs are as impressive as the G85/G9. While the camera body is small, having a full frame sensor you can generally expect the lenses to be larger, heavier, and more expensive. So if you go this route, you may end up paying a lot more for the system in the long run.

For textures I love my Sigma Dp2 Quattro c with Foveon sensor.    Due to  the sensor  specifics  it makes a kind of pixel art of images. Pixel to pixel , super crisp, not a single pixel for nothing.   Looks really on pair with 30-40 mpix cameras without too much of extra processing by Reality Capture.    Makes clean and crisp surface geometry details on pair with super hires cameras too.

The bad things are:  it's slow as hell . You have to wait 2-3 minutes after each 7 shots and works ok only with 100 iso.

I heard Sonny A7R II is cool for textures too. Guess it should be with 42mpix.
