I haven't done personal 3D work in awhile since I've started my 2D journey which you can follow me there. I'm working for a company who is outsourcing their task to India so I wanted to be prepared if there isn't any for me. So here I am.
Since in 2D, the emphasis is in the gesture. This reference seems awesome but put in 3D, it does have a flat gesture so I wanted to push it. If you think otherwise, please let me know. I'll do my best to do Green Lantern justice. Thanks in advance!

I'm still playing with the pose. I going to have my wife take a few pictures of me reenacting the pose just to get some ideas how the body moves and twist. Until next time.

I'm still not happy with the pose but I feel like I'm getting close. I found a reference picture
to help me out.
I'm still spending most of my time learning how to draw but I have been chipping away at this project whenever I can.
