Substance painter flipping normals on color selected mask areas.

Painter 2019.1.2
Hipoly model from zBrush 2019, uved Lowpoly from Blender 2.79B and baked in painter using DirectX with ID/Polygroup under ID Mesh Maps. Applying a substance material with normals baked in BM2 works great until I apply color selection to the layer. Once I do it inverts normals on one of the polygrouped sections of the mesh. Not all just one. Any ideas? The low and high poly meshes are sound. No flipped faces.
