I had some time to myself this weekend and decided to completely leave my comfort zone and try character modelling inside of Zbrush;
While I did have previous experience using the program, i never actually used it to model something, but rather to do damage passes on already existing geometry, so this was a first to me in that sense as well as in that I have never modeled a character before.
I aimed for a stylised miniature that I could afterwards print & paint, and in the end put on my desk, and I am quite happy with the results.
It isn't really optimal for painting, since I didn't separate the helmet from the rest of the body for printing reasons, but that isn't going to be too much of an issue, since most of it wont be very visible anyways.
So yeah, this is it, fresh out of the oven:
I'd love to hear your feedback on this!
