Using third party models and textures for portfolio?

Hello, I would like to make a composition for one thing I created, is it okay to use third party models and textures for my scene? Like trees, stones and grass.

Should I mention that I only created the thing? I found good free foliage on the internet from Alter 49, should I mention them?

Yeah, I had this issue just a while ago. Just credit the third-part models and textures. 
I was stuck on this with foliage, and using SpeedTree, MegaScans, and GameTextures. I'll just credit them, and the mention the workflow I used for these, once they're done.
