Displacement map from Zbrush wont fit Mari Albedo

Hi fellas, i have an issue that drive me nuts and really need some help here.
I work on a head -bust with an open lower neck area (creased in Zbrush).

I exported SD 5 to Mari, and painted my Albedo and projected the Multichannel Displacement Maps.
So far so good.

When Iam importing the Mari Displacement maps to Zbrush on to seperate layers and compare it with the imported Albedo Map, everything matches up perfectly (pores).

But When i export this Displacement Map from Zbrush to use it in 3d Studio it wont match the Albedo no more.
So i thought it might be related to smooth vs unsmoothed UVs during export. I tried both options, plus disabling the Suv button on the Geometry tab in Zbrush.
