Hi polycount! This past year I have been studying in the 3D Animation & Visual Effects program of Vancouver Film School and this was my main project. I did all the visual elements but my main focus was on lighting and compositing. I wanted achieve a Twin Peaks like creepy diner aesthetic. All feedback is welcome, thank you!
Really solid texturing on everything, it looks like, and very great moody lighting.
Only critique-- some of the stuff behind the counter looks a bit splotchy and lacking detail. Specifically, the wall, and the (I think) refrigerator. They all sort of read as the same shade of grey, and stand out as looking less-than believable.
