Hey guys, I'm almost done with my fist portfolio piece and I'm at the point: is this good enough to apply for a job, or it sucks?! So please if you have the time...feedback is great for me.

I have no idea if this meets the quality bar required, but it could look better when you sculpt out some muscle formations on the armor, espectially in the chest and abs area. Those highlights and shadows could lead to some nice tertiary detail. And maybe add some wear and tear where the leather would often rub together.
