[WIP] Modular Scifi Scene.

Man, its been a long time since I posted on here, thought it would be good time to reach out as I feel I have recently hit a wall and wheel spinning with a scene I have been working on lately. The plan was to create a sci fi scene with as few modular pieces and possible and lay in some nice lighting and narrative. I feel I have got the scene to a point where it would be really helpful to get some eyes The scene its self represents more of a electrical / tech zone of a space station, I planned to most likely use some lighting to highlight some on going maintenance work and tie in some nice prop work. 
Any thoughts so far would be greatly appreciated Cheers!

Hi! The main thing that catches my eye is that the scene is too dark overall. I think having a clear focal point would help to balance that. Currently the eye is drawn to the bright lights at the top, and then jump aimlessly back and forth between the ceiling, the underlying floor and the walls besides them. A little bit more fog to the end of the hallway could also look nice.

Besides that, i think it's technically flawless, and hard to judge currently without having the rest of the props in. And i know that you want to use as few assets as possible, but i think a few segments to allow for doors and crossroads would help a lot!

(But take all that with a big grain of salt, i'm a bloody beginner.)

I agree about it being too dark and the lights in ceiling are catching the eye too much.

Cheers guys, I have recently been back at the scene and have decided to change the light setup some what as I totally agree with the comments above. Below you can see some of the WIP modular elements and the changed scene lighting. I thought it would also be beneficial to rough out the general idea for some narrative and start blocking some more shapes.

Good evening all, have made some adjustments to the scene. I have started getting some place holder decals in, pipe work, tweaked the lighting and started working with some ideas with regards to the ceiling panels. thanks for your thoughts.
