Substance Painter - Imported HDR files are too dark [HELP]

So I was trying to get some custom HDRs into substance to make sure my render will be accurate. However the hdr image is way too dark. I am not sure what to do

Is the lighting in the viewport too dark as well, even when boosting the aperture?
