Arnold in Maya rendering at 200% issues

Hello everyone i have done a couple of test renders and everything works fine but when i select 200% quality the middle of the scene renders fine but the sides are noisy, and buckets seem to be stuck. any insight? in a side note the 200% render is stuck at 100% progress, see in image attaached

have yuo tried all the usual stuff like flushing caches, updating full scene?

just did it, it didnt work either,
