That pistol looks far too modern with the picatinny rail and other elements to be really Victorian.

Thanks for the feedback Brian.
Actually that was someting intencional. I've tried to leave the cloathing in the Victorian era and evolve the tech a litle bit more to a Art Deco age. Now writing this I realize that the rail and magazine are not in my best interest even for an art deco scene

As for the chest plate, is it over the top? What do you think?
