Smoothing issue coming from ZBrush

Hello everyone. I'm guessing and hoping this will probably be a pretty easy question. I've exported two versions of the same model from Zbrush into .obj files, 1 at the initial level and the other at subdiv level 4 that I was hoping to bake into the first as a normal map. Trouble is, within the viewport I'm getting some strange smoothing only at certain parts of the model (the whole thing looks slightly rubbery but particularly along the length of the scope near the grooves it is noticeably curving inward toward the valleys). I've attached screenshots from both Marmoset and Zbrush.

Is this going to actually bake into the normals? If so, how do I disable this extra smoothing in Marmoset? The finished Zbrush model in the second picture is how I want it to look, just with 64x fewer polys. Thanks in advance.
