Substance Alchemist, is splatter filter working properly?

Hey everyone, should splatter work correctly at the moment? I created this rock atlas, but when connected to splatter, normal maps don't look right. I'm working with Opengl through the entire process. I imported rock into Alchemist as a sbsar file. Here are comparison images, hdri is facing same way in all programs, light coming from front of camera. Am I missing something here?

Shouldn't cyan on a normal map come from top side on all rocks?
