So I'm wondering what kind of hardware I should get/upgrade to if I want to be a character artist. As some one just starting on the path of learning (3d art) I have a limited budget. what kind of desktop, tablet (wacom or otherwise, as well as if i should get used or new), and any thing else i should get?
