[Closed] Looking for 3D Artist to Model, Rig, Texture a Cinematic Game Character Asset

Hi there, I'm just a regular guy who lacks 3D model skills. No company, no startup. 

Pitch: The project itself is replicating a model based off images as close as possible. If you can match a realism-toony style, feel free to send a message. 

Looking for Overall generalist, experienced in rigging, texturing and modelling.

Payment: $1,500 for entire project, negotiable payment tiers as progress goes on. 

Details: Artist / Modeler would be modelling a character in a base form, then with clothing / props that is fitted for the character, rigging included. Texture work and mesh flow must match the source material as close as possible. Additional references can be provided. Model in the end would be finished in standard .FBX format, and not rely on modifiers / shaders in specific programs (Hair particle systems in blender for example). Reasoning for this is use in any industry standard 3D software, and retain consistency and detail.  The model ideally would be Game-Ready and should have full pose-ability for animation, be it movement or talking.
