Bloodwood Blade (Sword)
Hello everyone!
I just want to share my recently finished sword prop called the Bloodwood Blade. The goal through out this project was to create a semi-realistic fantasy sword based off a simple sketch of mine.

"The Bloodwood Blade is a mythical sword which has a symbiotic relationship with its wielder.. its handle, made from a rare Bloodwood tree, bleeds blood-like red sap whenever its wielder is injured.. the sap has regenerative powers when applied to wounds.. in addition to the sap which is bled, there is a glob of sap at the pommel which is reserved for mortal wounds.. making whichever warrior who possesses the sword outlandishly resilient.."
