Zbrush - Windows Ink - Pen pressure issue

Hi!
I have a problem with Zbrush and my wacom tablet. If Windows Ink is enabled in Wacom preferences, my pen isn't reacting instantly in Zbrush, I have to move the pen around until ZB notify the movement. If I disable Windows Ink in Wacom preferences it fixes the problem, but then I don't have pen pressure...
I seen there is a little txt config file that fixes the same problem for photoshop, although didn't find anything for ZB. Also tried to download the WinTab thing, it's not making any change.

Do you know how could I fix this? Thanks!

I have the ink off and Zbrush2019  working  perfectly ok with all  the pressure sensitivity as usual.

I found it out, it took my whole afternoon. You have to manually delete old wacom drivers and install the new one. If you don't delete manually the older ones it will get buggy if you install the new one...
