Maya - Schemes when baked.

Thanks for the advice last time everyone, you were all on the ball that maya was baking as an object based normal rather then tangent space! now iv rebaked everything but the schemes off a tangent space map seem to be super noticeable, examples below. Along with one of my characters eyes which... i did not even bake anything for the eyes has changed colour in the cornia? o_o I was wondering if id have to rebake everything to fix these schemes or is this something in the uvs? this is hours of testing and stuff thats sorta going around in circles so apologies for posting again but rebaking everything for a 4th time to see if it works is not going down well haha!
