Why does Timeline Keys Dissapear?

Hey all,
After making keys on my Timeline, I am able to go back to the same views that I saved.
This worked well as I made layers and could go back and forth between views.
However after my most recent Z-File was saved, I noticed that toggling visibility of any layer now causes the Timeline keys to dissapear from view BUT they are still there, I jsut cant see the orange dots.
Also ZBrush now has the words "Undefined" next to the Timeline
