Clean basic scan from seams for tiling

Experimenting the material workflow for a new project, I just take a RAW picture of a concrete part.
Used ShaderMap Pro to create the material, and Affinity Photo to tried to delete the seams.
Still the result appear to be not so bad in ShaderMap
But clearly with visible tiles in the render engine
I'm struggling to find usable features in Substance Designer, Quixel Mixer appear to have some good feature
but I really can't undersood how to use it. Any suggestion how to make a step forward?
