[WIP] Modular Spanish Villa Kit, C&C Welcome

Trying to wrap my head around modular kit creation. Challenging myself to use only tiled textures and trim sheets, though I'll be quite honest, it hasn't turned out quite as well as I like. I think it looks good, but I'm just not sure where to increase the detail/add trims/etc. Any resources to help learn more about creating modular kits and trim sheets would be very appreciated! I'm also not sure how many polys I need to keep it down. Right now the house and surrounding walls are 42k triangles. I don't know if that's too much, too little so thoughts in that department would be fantastic as well!
