Greetings fellow adventurers!
I'm working on my first stylized diorama. The original artwork is from a series of children's books called 'The Woodland Folk' and illustrated by Tony Wolf. I hope to learn a few things during the process, like creating stylized materials inside Substance Designer, importing and lighting scenes inside Unreal Engine, creating a portfolio ready piece, and generally adapting the stylized aesthetic in my environment and props.
This topic is going to work as a blog, where I stand vulnerable showcasing my work in progress and learning from constructive feedback. It's my first time so be gentle
I took the liberty of removing and adding some props. For now I finished the high poly assets and I'm going for the baking next. I'm going to experiment with stylized materials in Designer instead of sculpting in ZBrush.
