PurRef Loading Issues

Has anyone had any issues with PurRef loading un-corrupted image collections (.pur), as in; the screen flicks but the images do not load ? I tried contacted the developer weeks ago, no response ?

Tried their forum? might be a problem that's already been previously resolved.

I checked the forum, no identical problem.  The developer is not that active whether response by direct contact or the forum.
