Deform joints with blendshape

Hi folks and supporters of Polycount!

I have a standard rigged character and a blendshape for her whole body. Here shoulders come higher, legs are longer,... Her body joints don't correspond to the template. Now, I was wonder whether there is a way to to also blend her joints towards the right location. I know this might be a very stupid question but I just wanted to make sure how far the possibilities can go.
