Base Color Map (Albedo) Appears Black in Marmoset Viewer

Hi everyone,

I'm have a problem concerning my Albedo in the Marmoset Viewer. Basically, some parts of my Base Color appears to be black in Marmoset Viewer. I tried many export options from Substance Painter. I even tried 8 bits versus 16 bits maps, checked if my model's normal are in the right direction, etc.

If you guy can help me with this issue, it would be very appreciated.

    When exporting to Viewer, the content is converted from the Metalness workflow to the Specular workflow. So what you're seeing here is the result of that conversion. Since your asset is metalic, it's Albedo value is mostly black, while the reflectivity (aka specular) map contains most of the detail. This is a lossless conversion and should not affect the quality of the material.
