Here is my ten cents for helper apps.
AltDrag is a tool that gives windows users UNIX way of manipulating windows and dialogs.

It might take some time to get used to it but it is a lifesaver sometimes. With altDrag you can also change sizes of some dialogs etc that windows doesn't let alter by default.
Another really good app for photoshop users called APssistant. This lets you alter how alt button works in photoshop.
