Hello everyone!
I decided to take a break from materials to model some props since I see that my Artstation is lacking what I really like doing.
I was in Geneva one day and visited St. Pierre (Peter) cathedral and I really like the old pipe organ that was there. I took a couple of reference photos and decided to model it one day.
I started working on the block-out and LP yesterday and here's what I've got so far:

I'm not sure if I'm heading the right direction.Especially with the pipes. I had a hard time modeling it and I'm not sure if I'm happy with the final result.
Could you guys give me some feedback on how to proceed? I'm not sure about tris count, right now I'm at 6.7k tris and I still need to model a the large window, joints and other minor details.
I've seen some stuff on Artstation with about 12-14k tris so I think i'm comfortable for now. Or should I put a limit for myself ?
Also I've no idea how many texture sets it should have. i was thinking about 2. Is that too much?
Thanks everyone in advance!
