I like the deisgn of the face, though it does feel a bit like Pan more than my mental image of snow monkeys. I don't like the fur on the back. It doesn't look like fur to me. More like scales, though overall it looks rushed.
A good trick for efficiently sculpting fur is to make a few VDM brushes. This way you can get the big shapes and flow in easily, then refine from there
