Maya bridge problem

technical talk is the correct forum for this.

In order to bridge, there has to be 1:1 number of edges. A bridge always connects two edges together, right? But you have 7 edges selected. Deselect the edge in the middle, then bridge.

yeah i khow that tks, but my problem is this

that's what i was talking about. the topmost edge parallel to the floor grid

Are you trying to fill the hole by bridging, or are you trying to bridge the two ends that stick up? You'll probably need to delete the face below (drew a blue squiggly line on the face)

Select one edge and do a fill hole. If needed connect the verticies.
