Like 95% of Designer projects, start with identifying the basic shapes:
Now recreate the basic shapes, look how they're repeating and emulate that too.
You can try Daniel Thiger's Fundamentals as a nice basis for starting out: https://gumroad.com/dete . The first part is especially useful in this case, as it gives you a lot of useful information about the Tile Sampler node.
You can use the polygon and shape nodes to create basic shapes and then use the transformation 2D nodes to move those shapes about the texture. There are a couple different ways to achieve this. There are plenty of awesome tutorials on the substance website! Once you get the basics.. it really just becomes how creatively and efficiently you can use the nodes to make what you need
