I'm starting a new project, based on Fabio Cacciola's concept:
https://www.artstation.com/artwork/L94gKI'm in the begining sketches and I was looking for some critique before I move on to details!
(Hair is obviously a placeholder and very ugly rn so kindly ignore that) and props are only sketches
This will be my first time doing pore details so any advice is deeply appreciated! I was planning on doing the face details in Mari and Zbrush and the rest of the body in Substance painter with their skin materials. What do you guys think?

It is indeed smaller than natural proportions, the concept is about 8.5 heads tall
So I've moved on to working on skin detail, and like I said, I have no experience on this so any guidance would be very appreciated.
(There's an ugly bump at the back of her neck that I will fix tomorrow 'cause I'm tired)
She doesn´t really have a chin. the skin below her jaw is sagging in a way it generally won´t do on a young person.
The shapes on her ears are also really thin and sharp, I´d thicken some of that up and give it some softness.
I did a small comparison thing with a random image from google, hope it helps
