No thumbnail with viewer ?

Does anyone know how to get a preview/thumbnail if embedded on a website ?
I'm not very good at HTML, I can edit but not write it. so uploaded my viewer file to artstation first and then copy pasted the embed file to my own website. Unfortunately however it's not giving me a Thumbnail. If it's unclear think of it as a youtube link pasted anywhere. usually you wait a few seconds and a thumbnail appears however this isn't happening. See screenshots for what I mean.
is there a way to fix this ? I will rework my website soon but would like to have this working before. the link is: www.maarten3d.com
you can see if you click on either of the first 3 projects there's only a play button.
