Painter doesnt want to bake a part of the model

I have a problem with substance not wanting to bake the legs of my model. The body and the rest of the model's bake is pretty good, but somehow it just skips baking on the legs. I have checked the UVs and they look ok. I have checked the naming and it should match. I have also checked the positioning of the legs and they were never changes so that shouldnt be a problem.

I have 2 parts in my mesh as shown below:
I tried baking with by mesh name but I get the same issue with any matching mode (by mesh name / always)

 

but painter doesnt bake the legs for some reason even thought they are part of the same object as the top plating and the teeth (picture above with white).

This is my first time with this new workflow from zbrush to lowpoly zremesher to substance, so I might be missing something really obvious.
Any help is much appreciated.
