You got the basic muscle structure down which makes this a good block-in, so I would now suggest focusing on refining the forms. If you pick out your favorite fitness model references, you'll notice there are subtle variations in their musculature that break up the symmetry in their physique, especially in the torso (pecs, abs, serratus anterior, obliques). Also, some of the lines you made are too sharp so I would scale back the intensity of the muscle insertions between the biceps + forearms, biceps + triceps, pecs, some of the abs, and the general lower back area. It's hard to tell from the image but I think the finger to palm ratio is a little off as well. Adding skin pores and veins too would really sell the realism. The "ideal" height for a male is 8 heads tall (~6ft), your model falls a little short of that mark, unless you're going for a shorter guy in which case ignore this comment. Overall not a bad start, keep at it!
just eyeballing but it seems like legs and hips are abnormally wide. Not saying a person like that could not exist but it's definitely atypical. Arms may be a touch shorter than your standard human proportions as well.
Most of the muscles are overdone. I mean if this is meant to be an ecorche it might be fine but a real human with skin and fat... probably ought to soften it out a bit. One technique I've seen several really good artist do is to start by overdoing the forms and making them fit into that "ideal proportion and shape" zone, and then tweaking/softening from there.
Especially things like the hams and calves, bottoms of the lats, below the knees, and quads connecting to hips. Double check all of that.
Thank you for the input. I've tweaked the model a bit hope it's better. What I've done is: - Smoothed out the sharper details. - Scaled down the biceps, hip, and thighs. - Made the arms and fingers longer.
again, just quick eyeball but yeah that is feeling more natural overall to me. Still some strangness where hams meet knee, especially on the lateral side, but probably for myself to make any further critiques I'd have to look at reference. My eyes still pick up some things as being off but hard to qualify without something to check against.

The main thing that stands out as an issue are the insertions of the legs on the hips. They are really far out in your model, In your newest post they are better than before but still too far out. The legs go inwards from top to bottom on the upper leg, and then they do that again on the lower leg. Also the forearms would have a bulge on the inner side under the elbow joint.

What I've done is:
- Smoothed out the sharper details.
- Scaled down the biceps, hip, and thighs.
- Made the arms and fingers longer.
-made the chest area larger
-made the limbs a little longer
-pulled back the neck a bit
-stretched out the fingers to see properly
-smoothed some parts
-scaled down the upper arm
At this point I think my eyes are getting too familiar with this that I cant make a proper judgement myself whether or not something looks off.
Hopefully there is progress.
I've tried to fix the leg problem and add a little bulge on the inner elbow.
I also merged the head.
