get a picture out of a template with high Resolution

Hi, how would you get a picture out of this picture with high Resolution, please? I look forward to suggestions. I would make it in 3D with Maya, Mudbox, Substance Painter. But maybe it is easier by an other way.

You don't need higher resolution. If you're thinking of extracting textures from this, to put on your own 3d model, don't! You'll get a bad result. Better method is to examine the materials, and recreate them yourself. Bumpy red skin, plaque covered tooth, etc. Good luck!
