Hey guys! I just finished working on a new diorama environment. This one was pretty cool to do since i did 3 different lighting setups.

And here's materials for main platform and second floor platform. I used vertex painting to blend different layers.
I think the biggest issue you have here actually is a scale, the environment feels quite big which results in a lot of details getting lost when you take a shot capturing everything like you did.
I'd say, try to focus on capturing elements you want viewer to prioritize.
I get the point though. I dont have any focal point sadly and should have spent more time detailing the thing. I'll keep that in mind next time.
