Hello everyone.
I am kinda of a newbie in the 3D modeling world so I am in need of some advice from the community.
I am texturing a model and after I imported my maps (I have made them in B2M) in Substance painter and put them on the model I noticed a problem with it (it is circled in red) and I don't have the knowledge to fix it. I think it comes from the normal map, because when I don't apply it (as seen in the pictures) this problem disappears, but when I open the map in photoshop I can't see a problem with it.
I will be really thankful if you could help me with this.

The material is not very complex and the problem is that I can't paint over the stretched area. I tried not setting it to tri-planar, but it still has the same issue. I think it is some kind of normal map problem, but I lack the knowledge to be sure.
But I tested every map and I get this result from the height and normal maps.
From albedo etc. everything seems Ok/
So, I will do some other UV's and hopefully it will help
So, I apologize for the kinda dumb and newbie problem, but you guys are awesome and I thank you all for the support and ideas
