Does Xnormal still have a photoshop plugin?

I have installed the latest version of Xnormal but cannot find a download link to get the photoshop filter. All the links I can find online are not valid and google is not helping. There is nothing under Filter in photoshop. Am I doing something wrong? Or does the filter no longer exist?

    I have been noticing some ipod touch problems whenever I have tried to use this plugin. I am wondering what can be the reason for such error in this plugin?

    Here are the filters. I had to copy them manually into my photoshop cc dir.
    This is how it looks on my system.

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019\Plug-ins

    So if you extract the files with 7-zip and extract the files to any dir you will find the plugins in x64 folder

    You can also find them where you installed xnormal

    C:\Program Files\S.Orgaz\xNormal 3.19.3\x64
