ZBrush 2019 Leaving Transpose Tool

So I've run into this issue with the new ZBrush 2019 which is extremely annoying.
I'll click (W) to enter the transpose tool, and move an object- but afterwards I'll click a keyboard shortcut for any of my other brushes, but I've got to press the shortcut twice for it to actually switch to the brush. The first tap of the brush shortcut moves ZBrush into Draw mode, and then the second tap swaps to the brush. Anyone else running into the same issue?

Not sure about how to fix but 2018 also behave like that at the end I have to make custom panel to select the brushes instead of shortcut key.

I could've sworn 2018 was working fine with just one click of the shortcut since I never noticed it until I just installed 2019... maybe my brain just decided to notice it- it's been bugging me so much...
